How long will it take for my data to be delivered?

After you place an order, data is typically delivered within an hour but in some circumstances it can take up to two hours.

Narrative's Data Stream Marketplace will immediately start processing your data at order confirmation. We're sifting through billions of individual data points looking for exactly what you bought. That process usually takes less than an hour, but sometimes can take up to 2 hours.

If your data hasn't been delivered within two hours please reach out to support@narrative.io with your subscription number and we'll figure out what is going on.
